Truetzschler fibre preparation for combed ring spun yarns - perfectly coordinated -

At the opening of ITMA, Truetzschler presents a comber for the first time. The Comber TCO 1 is a new development, and performs at rates of 500 nips/min. This results in maximum productions of 70 kg/h.

 

With blow room machines, cards, draw frames and combing equipment, Truetzschler now offers the entire spinning preparation from one source. A new card, new breaker draw frame, comber, and a specially coordinated new autoleveller draw frame form a perfect system.

 

For the production of combed ring-spun yarns, usually medium and long staple cottons are used. The Truetzschler blow room, which is short, compact and gentle to fibres, allows optimal processing of these cottons. The Truetzschler Card TC 6 has been especially developed for combing. It provides highest quality at moderate productions. Being specifically designed for this application, it is characterized by low operating costs. The concept of the Truetzschler Draw Frame TD 02 without levelling is completely new. It concerns a drafting system that has been placed directly on top of the can changer. This is ideal because the machine requires less space, and the operating costs are minimal.

 

The Truetzschler Superlap TSL 1 ensures laps with precisely uniform batt weight, from the first to the last metre. These lap qualities are possible because the Superlap TSL 1 is equipped with individually controllable, pneumatically loaded top rolls, and a special regulating system.

 

The reliable Truetzschler Draw Frame TD 03-600 has been designed for application on combed ring-spun yarns. Limiting the new draw frame TD 03-600 to a delivery speed of 600 m/min allows the use of energy-saving drives and reduces operating costs. The levelling has been optimised for the typical application range of 450 – 550 m/min.
