Precursor
Adequately long distances and equal deflection angles similar to the established textile yarn processes ensure the high tow uniformity needed for high draw ratios with a minimum of filament breaks. Furthermore much attention is paid to minimum friction by using smooth running, individually adjustable rollers. Pins for the constriction of the tow width, which on the other side could
generate undesired pre-drawing effects, are not needed. It is self-evident that all equipment is made of materials which are resistant to aggressive solvents and that the CE conformity requirements are met at
any point of the line.
This is the prerequisite for constantly producing high product qualities at highly economical production costs. Systems with up to 80 tows allow for capacities of up to 5,000 t/a depending on tow size. These systems include coagulation bathes with spin heads, all other bathes including the
necessary draw stands, a can dryer and finally our intelligent process control. Our product range can be completed with the solvent recovery or winders in alliance with very competent partners.
