Spinning Plant and Fiber Line
The compact single-stage process, which combines spinning plant with fiber processing line, offers maximum flexibility. The main advantages of the single-stage process in comparison to the two-stage process are less equipment and space requirements. This results in reduced investment costs and enables economical production at smaller capacities. Also due to less required operating staff, the operating costs are lower than for a two stage process.

Fleissner provides single-stage plants with extrusion spinning section using the Fleissner compact ring spinneret. Its optimized design offers the following advantages:

The spin pack of one position can be changed while full production of the remaining positions continues. The self-sealing execution with patented screwless bayonet fitting allows extremely fast spin pack changes. The production loss is negligible.

A reasonable spin pack size ensures easy handling and little variation of the total titer during spin pack change for quasi-constant operating conditions and constant crimp.

An extended spin pack lifetime is gained by a large specific internal filter area and optional sand filtration.

An advanced quenching concept stands for highest uniformity of filament cooling and excellent CV values.
